Historically, the Silver State Apartment Association and Nevada Apartment Association have had many outstanding accomplishments. Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association is committed to continuing this trend.

• Defeating the Requirement of the Installation of Individual Water Metering Systems in all Multi-Housing Communities
• Defeating the Requirement of Landlords to Refund Security Deposits After One Year of Tenancy
• Defeating the Requirement of Companies Who Perform Applicant Background Checks to be Licensed as Private Investigators
