P.R.E.P. is D-E-A-D! SNMA members have worked diligently to get the proposed costly rental inspection program for the city of Las Vegas removed from the city council's agenda. Acting Director of the Neighborhood Services Department of the City of Las Vegas, Stephen Harsin, has stated in a letter to key SNMA members and our lobbyists that the city plans to organize a task force, including representatives of the multi-housing industry, to address rental housing issues and find ways, on a state & local level, to revitalize communities in need. This is a great accomplishment and we urge you to continue your support of the SNMA PAC.
